4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the Services;

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, unless another valid transfer tool applies.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Call recordings and transcripts follow your workspace settings and applicable retention policies. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in line with our internal schedule.
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
